Adam H. - Director of Directing

In a business climate that hasn’t been very rewarding to smaller companies, Adam’s been able to carve out a niche for himself through the building of strong and fruitful relationships. He was at helm of Greymatter Marketing for 4 years before branching out and starting The Hayes Group in 2004. With a focus in super media and emerging media marketing and new-fangled technologies, he has used old-fangled relationship building to establish what has become a successful and highly respected super-media marketing venture.

In addition, Adam, actively donates a portion of his time and marketing services to several local non profit and charity organizations. He lives in Noblesville with his wife, and daughter. He is a graduate of Ball State University with a BS degree in Corporate Finance and a Minor in Marketing.

George E. - Creative Director

George is an award winning advertising writer, producer and marketing resource. A 20-year advertising agency veteran, he has worked as an agency copywriter, copy chief, Associate Creative Director and Group Creative Director for a handful of respected firms including Ketchum Advertising; Della Femina, McNamee, WCRS; Ten United (formerly DDF&M), MARC Advertising (formerly The St. George Group) and others.

He lives in Indy with his wife, Karen, Principal Flute for the Indianapolis Symphony. George volunteers his marketing services to such causes as The Julian Center, Late Infantile Batten’s Disease, The Indiana Media Industry Network and The Susan Komen Breast Cancer Foundation. George sings with the Indianapolis Symphonic Choir. He is a graduate of the famed University of Pittsburgh writer’s program with a BA in English Writing.

Andrea H. - Director of Public Relations

Andrea has been our marketing and public relations director for 5 years – all the way back to the beginning of Grey Matter Marketing (Our former company). During this time she has represented and worked with each one of our clients to enhance their PR and Marketing reach while ensuring each client’s brand is represented truthfully, accurately and most importantly to the right audience.

Throughout her 5 year career, she has continually integrated her spiritual discipline with her evolving expertise in PR and marketing, helping people understand the spiritual and practical laws of abundance and applying these principals while doing business.

She lives in Noblesville with her husband and daughter. She is a graduate of Ball State University with a BS degree in General Studies.

Jerry H. - Sales & Marketing Director

Jerry’s career has been blessed with creativity, personal achievement, and passion for life. After college, Jerry entered the corporate world of Standard Oil (Amoco) for three years and then Wall Street for 3 years. After 2 years with a New York City graphic production firm, his entrepreneurial “genes” began to flex their influence, and he came back to Indiana to create a graphic design studio in Indianapolis. It soon became an award-winning advertising-marketing agency. After 15 years, his ad agency shifted its focus to Super Media and thus a transition into a sales and marketing position with The Hayes Group.

His spiritual journey, intertwined with his life experiences in corporate America and as entrepreneur, corporate owner, product designer, marketing consultant, graphic designer, speaker, trainer and workshop designer/facilitator, have generated the comprehensive moments leading up to his joining The Hayes Group.

Jerry resides in Noblesville, Indiana with his wife Linda. He has five children and 5 grandchildren — all significant teachers in his life. He is fascinated with life, his life journey, blessings, and lessons. At his age, he notes with a smile, his grandchildren give new meaning to “a life of adventure.”

John B. - Senior Software Engineer

An inventor and innovator by nature, John comes to The Hayes Group with the promise of being able to act on his ideas. John brings a new flavor of creativity to The Hayes Group through his 6 years of programming experience, experience in the corporate world, and drive to "make it better."

John hails from Ball State University with a degree in Computer Science and minors in Applied Physics and Business. He lives in Fishers with his wife, Terra. Additionally, he provides computer support for a local church and donates his time and musical talent to the worship band.

Wendy T. - "The Brain"

It was her academic experience which initially fostered the development of the writing skills that have now become the most prized ability of Wendy, who has spent the majority of her career engaged in research and the preparation of documentation for numerous applications. By utilizing her passion for discovery and her love of words, she has been able to explore different realms, draw conclusions and share the resulting knowledge with others by presenting facts, concepts and solutions with enthusiasm and clarity.

The evolvement of this flair for writing began to be noticed while she studied for her Masters Degree in medieval studies at the University of Reading in England. These skills continue to evolve now that she has made her entrance into the world of advertising and technical writing for the internet. By combining her adept research abilities with her distinctive writing style, she is able to present the sometimes dry facts in an interesting manner. An understanding of the techniques used for internet writing enable her to not only express the desired principles and points for web search engine distribution, but present the material in a readable, customer centric fashion.

Matt L. - Search Engine Marketing Fellow

A sprouting professional in the field of internet marketing, Matt brings an extensive knowledge of technical research along with a thorough understanding of general marketing techniques, and practices. He has held positions in various fields ranging from retail sales and management, direct marketing, and all phases of manufacturing.

Matt currently resides just north of Indianapolis along with his wife and young daughter.
